Grading Procedure

Inter-LS 250 and Inter-Ag 250


URS-250 is a unique course in part because it is a combination of an individual, guided research experience and weekly group seminars. Scholars earn credit for these two unequal components -- the research work done with the Research Mentor (75% of total grade) and participation in the URS Seminar (25% of your grade). The final grade is determined by the URS Program Director and staff.

The Research Mentor determines the research grade. We provide him or her with grading guidelines (see below), but the final evaluation of a Scholar's research work is entirely up to him or her. If you have questions about URS assignments, or grading, please contact the URS Program Director
