No one pathway can serve all students - each discovers their passion for learning in different places and different ways. But whether students find their pathway to excellence in a classroom, a research lab, a residence hall, or the Memorial Union, such experiences have one crucial quality in common - each puts undergraduates at the heart of the university, at the center of learning.
CHADBOURNE
RESIDENTIAL
COLLEGE
Chadbourne Residential College believes in student initiative and leadership. Most of our programs are in fact planned, launched, and managed not by professors or staff members, but by the undergrads who live here. Getting involved in planning activities and events allows CRC students to take charge of their own educations and shape the community to reflect their concerns. CRC is a home whose residents are constantly recreating it in their own image. It needs your creativity and leadership to thrive! The CRC offers lots of ways for residents to get involved. ![]()
BRADLEY
LEARNING
COMMUNITY
Bradley Learning Community (BLC) is 246 first-year residents who live in a vibrant community supported by Bradley Fellows, Peer Mentors (former Bradley residents), Faculty Fellows from various areas of study, and student/professional Residence Life Staff. Members of the BLC (students, faculty, and staff) feel that "Learning is Everywhere" and strive to create a fun and engaging environment where students can gain valuable knowledge by integrating their residential and academic experiences at UW-Madison. ![]()
