Welcome to Pathways
Pathways Student Academic Services is a College of Letters & Science campus-wide outreach initiative demonstrating a commitment to UW-Madison from "The Heart of a Great University."
Housed in the L&S Center for Academic Excellence, the Pathways two-year academic enrichment program focuses on facilitating first- and second-year students' transitions to campus through high-impact, integrative learning experiences and community building with fellow students, faculty, and academic staff. Pathways students work with a primary academic advisor who will provide individualized support, advocacy, and connections to campus resources leading to academic success and degree completion. The Pathways program equips students with critical tools to enhance their college experience and contribute to the achievement of their lifelong goals.
Pathways Student Academic Services is guided by the values of academic engagement, empowerment, and community. Pathways staff seek to create an inclusive learning environment that honors and respects diversity, community building, and academic excellence.
