Work With Us!

Each year Cross-College Advising Service hires students to work with us. Within the main office of CCAS, we hire students to staff our front desk, answer our phones, schedule appointments for advisors, file student records, prepare mass mailings, and other tasks as needed. We also hire students to work as Career Peers in The Exploration Center, a resource center that CCAS makes available to students who are exploring their options regarding majors and careers. The Exploration Center also offers a number of workshops and other services to undecided students. See The Exploration Center page for more details.

Hiring for these two locations usually occurs at the beginning of the Fall semester, but we will accept applications year-round.

In addition to students working in our main office locations, we also hire students to work as Student Advisors at the Summer Orientation, Advising, and Registration (SOAR) program. The SOAR program typically runs every day for 8 weeks during the summer. The application window typically begins at the end of February and ends with the third week of March.
