WUNK SHEEK


American Indian Student Group
Wunk Sheek promotes unity among Indian students on campus and provides a base from which work can be done for the advancement of American Indian peoples. They also sponsor retreats, Native Heritage Month, trips to local pow-wows and the annual spring Pow-wow.

Wunk Sheek office hours for the spring semester will be held Sunday-Thursday 5 pm to 9 pm in the "Old Office" on the second floor of 710 University Ave. next to Brother's. Meetings are every Wednesday at 7pm in "Old Office" at 710 University Ave.

Wunk Sheek Beading night starts tonight at 7pm, old office, 710 University Ave.
(above Brothers). Beading night will be every Tuesday, same time same place, until May.

WUNK SHEEK SINGERS



The Wunk Sheek drum, for many singers, provides an opportunity to learn how to sing on a Native inter- tribal drum. They meet bi-weekly to sing and drum as a group comprised of students, faculty, staff and community members.
