AAP invites applications from incoming freshman (high school seniors), transfer students (from other schools and colleges) and from students currently attending our institution.  Regardless your application status, you can submit your application using one of the following options: handwritten by mail (downloading the application as a pdf file) or electronically (via e-mail directly to us).  Please make sure you choose the correct application process. UW-Madison Undergraduate Admissions
The Office of Admissions now has an Online Application for admission to UW-Madison, but you still have to get it in on time! Check the admissions website for important deadlines so you don't miss your chance. Please follow up with the Undergraduate Admissions Office to make sure that they have received all the necessary application materials. You can also find out how much it costs.
